“How I make money from Seized Property Auctions…”
Every day, the US Government auctions off thousands of dollars worth of valuable merchandise and real property. Seizure items, surplus items and homes are just some the things you can buy for pennies on the dollar.
To most people, these sales go practically unnoticed. The reason being is that most people have absolutely NO IDEA where to begin when trying to locate these deals. And that’s GOOD NEWS for you!
The fact that most people aren’t aware of these sales is an INCREDIBLE opportunity for you to capitalize. The simple truth is this. The US Government could really care less whether they get fair market value for these items or not…they just need to MOVE THEM NOW!
Most people either don’t know or don’t bother learning about these auctions which means you can find some UNBELIEVABLE bargains. The good news is that there are a TON of government auctions online and more are coming on every year. Check out these links below:
The United States Treasury and the IRS are the first two places you should checkout - both have great auctions online. I visit each one almost daily… (For more auction sites check out www.OfficialGovernmentGrants.com)
Here are some of my other favorite sites:
General Services Administration : The GSA is a pretty good site for autos and other “miscellaneous” stuff. You won’t find too much in the way of jewelry or electronics here but, in addition to vehicles, there are things from bankrupted businesses like printers, office chairs, medical equipment, gas grills, etc….you get the idea. I still recommend checking them out though, because for many of these items you’ll be the only bidder. I know someone who got a 5-series ‘02 BMW with only 30k miles on here for $4k…there are definitely deals to be found.
GovSales.com : This is another good site for government auctions. This site has alot of vehicles - mostly Dodge and Chevys…most of them with no bids at all. This site has some great electronics…digital cameras for as low as $15. Definitely worth checking out.
US Marshall’s Service : This site tends to have a lot of real estate for sale (at great prices). Also, you can see who you’re getting this stuff from here….You can also find good deals on cars here.
USAGov.com : Great links to each states’ auctions. It varies by state but there are definitely some interesting items available.
AAACloseouts.com : Hunting & Fishing merchandise only.
These sites should give you a good start into getting some great bargains online. For more good articles on government auctions and other wealth building secrets check out www.OfficialGovernmentGrants.com - the best resource for government auctions and government grants.
